I have more questions then answers here. Our democracy is in trouble now. It has been in trouble for over sixty days. We have a Republican Majority Congress that it is so hell bent on destroying our country they are allowing 2 morons in the Executive branch to destroy programs, departments, etc. under the guise of searching for “Fraud”. One of them is not even a part of the Federal Government. The Republican majority Congress is allowing all of this to go on. Those men and woman in Congress are not keeping their oath they took. They are complicit in the destruction of the US Constitution.

How did this happen and When?

To me this happened a while ago prior to President Trump being in office. The Republican leadership at the time traded popularity for power. The candidate was Trump. They thought they could control him. Well it started on January 6, 2021 when Trump started an insurrection. Then there was the Senate hearing that voted to acquit Trump from impeachment on February 13, 2021. Only 7 Republican Senators joined the Democrats to convict Trump, but there were 43 Senators who voted not guilty. To get a conviction they needed 67 and they were 10 short of the 2/3rd’s needed for conviction. Senator Mitch McConnell even spoke afterward that Trump did indeed cause an insurrection. It was demonstrated that Trump had the backing of too many Senators. On July 1, 2024 is when the Republican Majority Supreme Court gave Trump presidential immunity. They didn’t give boundaries or limits. They basically made him a King. We have never had a King as part of any branch of our government. How can any of these Republican justices justify that as Constitutionally correct? Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued a stinging dissent. This was an ominous sign of things to come.

Sotomayor said, the court’s majority allowed a president to become a “king above the law”…….

I was worried about the upcoming presidential election. I was worried there would be a run away train with no brakes. No checks and balances, no breaks, is what I worried about. Seeing that the Majority Supreme Court had Trump’s back, along the Senate. I was concerned that there would be no checks and balances if Trump became president again. I believed Harris wasn’t a threat to our democracy or our US Constitution. I figured people would see through all the lies that Trump has been telling over the years, but I was totally wrong. This 2024 election was much worse. The Republicans not only won the Presidency. They won the majority in the Senate and the House. That means they have all the big cards. The Republican Party helds all 4 aces and a king. It also showed me how terrible the Democrat leadership was on choices they made in advertising for that election. I thought what a bunch of fucking idiots. Of all the times to fuck up, it was not in the 2024 Election. Democrats gave a total shit show.

60 days into this new presidency and no checks and balances to be seen yet. Yes, people are taking Trump and whoever to court, but lawsuits doesn’t directly stop them from firing people and getting rid of department heads. All of us had a window to see what was about to happen prior to day one. On December 7, 2024 Trump stated he ….”would be a “dictator” from day one”. On that day the writing was on the wall. He has written 81 executive orders. Many of them are illegal and he has no authority for those actions. He apparently does have authority to fire the 10 Inspector generals (IG) that need 30 day notice to Congress. He didn’t comply with that legal process. IG Ware wrote in some letter the firings are not “legally sufficient to dismiss” to Sergio Gor. Gor did not provide detailed and case specific reasons for each firing. Trump did not comply with the 30 day notice either. There is some sticky points with IGs that were career Senior Executives Services (SES) officials with independent statutory job protections. (See lawfairmedia.org on IG). I believe Trump violated the Inspector General Act of 1978.

The president does not have “unilateral and unrestrained authority over the Executive Branch. Since the IG firings the 1st assistant will take over. Trump can only replace those IG with someone who is currently in the IG cadre. Otherwise the new IG has to be confirmed through the Senate. Another thing is that only congress can create Executive Branch departments, to fund them, to determine the nature and scope of their duties. Trump has broken this by creating DOGE. By doing so Trump is breaking the US Constitution. The Republican Congress is complicit in allowing this behavior to continue. Trump is a threat to our democracy as well as democracies from around the world. Just this week his actions against Ukraine show his true colors.

First we have a vote at the UN. On February 25, 2025 our UN ambassador for the United States of America, Dorothy Shea Acting voted to reject the UN resolution to blame Russia for starting the war in Ukraine. That is a Pro Russian vote. Then she drafted and voted for a UN Security Council which called for an end to the conflict and it contained no criticism of Russia. Two key US Allies, the UK and France, tried to amend the wording, but were vetoed. US joined Russia in voting against condemning Russia for attacking Ukraine. A second pro Russian vote. Then Trump puts a pause on US military aid being sent to Ukraine. A third pro Russian vote. Most recently Trump has decided to make Ukraine blind by withholding intelligence, Offensive and Defensive information, from Ukraine. This kind of intelligence allowed Ukraine to attack targets in Russia and protect themselves from income missiles, rockets and drones. A fourth pro Russian vote and act. He told Russia that Ukraine won’t get these capabilities until Russia comes to the table for peace. (Please see Preston Stewart video at the bottom of these pages.) A fifth pro Russian vote and act. Trump is a Russian supporter. The old saying goes, “ If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. It is a duck except in this case it is Trump supporting Russia. Earlier Trump stated he doesn’t want any more dying. Well that is a lie because the pauses he did with military aid and intelligence he has surely made it easier for Russia to kill more Ukrainians.

To me this amounts to you taking away some tool that would help protect your significant other from a pursuer who is trying to kill them. And you saying oh only took the tools away for your own good or for you to be stronger……

He (Trump) does not support Russia. You’re obviously very ignorant of American politics. If you’re indeed an American, then what an absolute embarrassment that you can’t see what Trump is doing. Even if Zelensky doesn’t pull his head out of the sand, Trumps goal was to negotiate peace or get Europe to do something. He’s at least accomplished part of his goal and may get both. Wake up doofus.

So voting to side with Russia at the UN vote. To say Russia did not start the war with Ukraine. [ Which is ridiculously false. Russia did start the war]. (Then) He took away all the tools to help Ukraine ( military aid and intelligence). That will get more Ukrainians killed. He told Russia they (Ukraine) won’t get those things back until Russia decides to come to the peace table. Pro Russian, Pro Russian, Pro Russian, Pro Russian. If it acts like a duck, quacks like a duck. It is a duck or in this case a Russian supporter. Trump is a Russian supporter. You are the doofus dude.
Yes, I am an American. Destroying the US Constitution is an act of rebellion or insurrectionist. That is what Trump is too.

In conclusion, Trump is a liar and he openly supports Russia. The Republican majority Congress and Supreme courts are complicit in the destruction of our democracy. They are complicit in destroying of the US Constitution. I am not sure what the American people are waiting for. I see the writing on the wall. I am told it has to get worse for people before they will act on this president and the Republican Party in general. I hear the booing at town Hall meetings. We need more action. We need people to remove their representatives or get them to impeach Trump and remove him from office. The majority of Americans got fooled by this liar, Trump. Trump isn’t making America Great again. He is cutting up American rules of law for their money, their prosperity and their welbeing. He has destroyed our Allies trust in America that stood strong for 80 years with NATO which stands for peace. Trump is not a unifier. He is destructive. I feel I am observing a bull in a China closet and no one is doing anything really to stop him. Yes, I know about the law suits, which still doesn’t stop him. Not even our US military is stepping in (Please See Posse Cometatas act of 1878) to stop this monster from destroying our US Constitution. Let’s all do something, so that the light does not go out. Do Call, write letters, go to town hall meetings, go to protests. Tell your representatives , Republicans or Democrats. Get them to hear your message to impeach Trump. This monster will destroy our US constitution if allowed to continue. Replace those representative who don’t honor their oaths to the US Constitution.
